Delivery Policy

For delivery of Cuppa's wonderful products including the Cuppa Mug and the Cuppa Water Bottle, we use Evri for both UK orders and International orders.

Orders are processed in 1-2 days, often the same day we receive them and normally the day after receive and delivery with Evri is 2-5 days from receiving your order.

International takes up to 10 working days.

Your contact details may be shared with these providers for your tracking of your delivery. 

Price of delivery is stated and calculated at checkout. 

We offer Free Delivery when you spend over £25 if you are a UK customer and free delivery on orders over £120 to Europe.
